Email Newsletters - Why You Should Publish

Email marketing is most lucrative when you publish a newsletter that delivers helpful and relevant information to a focused and highly targeted audience.

A good email newsletter will have many benefits both for the publisher and the subscriber. It can target and define an audience, learn of trends and preferences, and provide subscribers with helpful advice or necessary knowledge.

A newsletter published by email can be a free (or low cost) method of increasing your current website income, as well as helping you reach the right customers for your products or products that you personally recommend.

Your email newsletter will give you a necessary edge over your competition by establishing your credibility, will position you as an expert, as well as earning you and your business or website some free publicity and extra traffic.

All That And Money Too! Email Marketing Delivers...

As if that wasn't tempting enough, you can also sell advertising space in your email newsletter - but that's just the tip of where the money comes in with email marketing! There's far more profits to be made!

By publishing an email newsletter you are offering a service that everyone needs – free and useful information! You have the liberty of writing and publishing anything under the sun, anything that you feel passionate about, anything that you firmly believe in.

But here's where the getting's good. You not only get others to listen to your ideas and ideals, you also get to share resources with your readers that will make you a commission, a sale or some other reward. Plan your resources well and every click within your email will earn you more and eventually become a large part of online money earned.

Making Money Isn't Everything in Email Newsletters

But money is only part of the picture to email marketing. 

The list of benefits are plentiful and long.

Again, this isn't as easy as I'm making it out to be.

You have to be respectful, mindful and courteous to your list. If they even get a whiff that you're only emailing them to make money off them you'll lose their trust, their respect, and eventually, your readership.

A newsletter by email has a wider reach and can be more widely read than a web page. With the difficulty of search engine placement and getting traffic to your website, you want to do everything in your power to get each visitor's email address and name. The chances that they'll ever surf back over to your site during research is pretty slim - capture their email however and you can bring them back to your content at your command!

Here's another catch 22, although some visitors are looking for valuable content (that hopefully you're providing on your website) your visitors will, at times, become bored or lost on your site. Still, they know and you know that they're interested in what you have to say - so most of them will be happy to sign up for your free email newsletter and you'll be happy to send them content or directions to the best pages of your website.
