This is an element, if not the key element…

I scooped the below quote and comment off Marlon Sanders’ articles…
I think it shows the brilliance of the man and the way he truly helps people on his list.
Sometimes we all need a little push, a little reminder - Marlon excels on getting his proteges moving.
Many, many years ago I sent Marlon an email…it would have been 1999 or so. He not only counselled me but he gave me work which pulled me out of a very stressful financial situation.
I believe he did everything he could at that time to get me moving. I just wasn’t ready - I ‘wanted’ but I wasn’t learning. The pieces of the puzzle just didn’t fit together for me. I was still in ‘employee’ mode. Looking back and spending a lot of one-on-one time with my own list now I realize that this is a block for many.
How to inspire the drive to entrepreneurship?
I’ve still not got it down. My technique in counselling others is to answer all their questions, share my own stories and successes and try to explain how much better life is when you control your own destiny.
But the main pages of Smartzville’s site do try to instill a desire for learning (from the best, at the lowest prices) which I think is a necessity for success.
I have one final comment to make about Marlon…
Marlon Sanders is a full-spectrum marketer. He inspires and leads all levels of marketers, teaching them all aspects of marketing and moves them to new heights of success. If you come across one of his campaigns or offers click on it, even just to read the testimonials and glimpse his brilliant copwriting…
In the meantime, here’s the quote and comment from Marlon’s MILCERS article. Think on it. I know I will be!
Alvin Coffler said “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”
What you knew last year or last month may not be reality today because one thing that is constant in today’s world is change. That means a person has to put a priority on learning. It can’t be something you want to do and get around to. It can’t be something that’s nice to do but isn’t necessary or essential. It can’t be something you wish you had time for. Because it is an element, if not the key element, that causes businesses in today’s world to survive.
