Michael Campbell said “Click Off!”

Posted on November 2, 2006

If you’ve been around the ‘net for a while, learning about building multiple sites and optimizing them for the search engines, you’ve likely heard the name Michael Campbell.

Michael is probably one of the coolest heads in the business. He translates complicated procedures into non-geek English, he tests every strategy he teaches, and he fully investigates every product he endorses or recommends.

This is high praise in the internet marketing and website promotion industry.

Now I don’t know Michael personally but I’ve been a subscriber of his off and on since 1998. His emails are one of a handful that I religiously grab a cup of coffee for and read from start to finish.

All tolled he’s held me captive for many hours over the last 8 years.

You get to know a person.

But I NEVER expected to read the words that flew from his fingertips on a blog comment surrounded by some of the hottest and most respected internet marketing and/or blogging personalities today!

:) I feel like a kid who just heard her first swear word.

Michael Fortin, Ken McCarthy, Andy Wibbels, Denis de Bernardy, Teli Adlam, Gary Huynh, and of course, the host of the party, Andy Beard were all there - they ‘heard’ it too. (There are others I didn’t recognize immediately and there will likely be more before you get over there to see what all the fuss is about.) This will only interest you if you’re a WordPress blogger or if you enjoy seeing where the ‘celebrities’ were hanging out today.

And no, Michael didn’t start the fight… Trademark Troubles?
